Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used skincare products
Items purchased during a flash sale or marked as final sale
Gift cards
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at care@anzuglow.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number at care@anzuglow.com. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
